Oh no!
My blog is not letting me upload pictures anymore...it says that I have maxed out my storage and suggesting to purchase extra space. Does anyone know how I can upload pictures without buying extra storage?

First, it might be possible Google is giving you an error. But most likely not.
I believe the main solution is to upload your pictures to a different website and then use the "link" tab on the blogger upload menu.
