Blessings from Grandpa.

As we left the house this morning, our neighbor grandpa asked Naoko-san if she wanted some vegetables. He and the grandma has a little farm area that they grow organic vegetables for themselves. So we walked over to his vegetable farm and he cut some lettuce and other vegetables for us to take. He was so kind that he even said if we wanted more just come and ask.
He also comes from the same island Naoko-san comes from. I guess he reminds her of her father back in Miyako Island.

I walked into the kitchen this morning...and I saw this.
30heads of cabbages! We sure do eat a lot of cabbage here.
