Licensing Andrew.

It's already been a week now, but last Sunday we had a special W2 service. Andrew Neely was licensed as a pastor. Andrew has been serving here at Ginowan with the church and the Bible college for 4years now, and God has made it clear for Andrew to become a pastor. It had been a blessing to see how God has been using Andrew and bringing Kayo into his life and see them both serving the Lord. We are all excited to see God continue to use them for His glory.
